MyGift provides an online platform that allows users to:

• Check gift card balances from various retailers and financial institutions
• Register gift cards for protection and recovery services
• Track dispute status for transaction issues
• Manage PIN settings for eligible cards

Our service acts as an intermediary between you and card issuers. We do not issue, sell, or load gift cards.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal right to use the gift cards you check
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

4. Gift Card Information

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate balance information, we rely on third-party card issuers for data. We are not responsible for:

• Delays in balance updates from card issuers
• Inaccurate information provided by card issuers
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Cards that have been reported lost or stolen

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of MyGift Inc. and are protected by:

• United States and international copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• Other intellectual property rights

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption
• Computer damage or system failure
• Unauthorized access to your information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the six months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyGift Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to Terms
